How long has this nation been in operation?
This nation was originally established as a nation after a reclaimation of title and global notice of primogeniture and heirship in the early 1990's.
Can anyone become a Member?
Yes, anyone of any background can become a Member as long as they are willing to adhere to the common Constitution and by-laws.
Do you need geneology certificates?
Because our government has a constituent body of differing ethnic backgrounds, a geneology certificate is not required. However, it is always recommended to have for other private matters.
Can I interact with leadership?
Yes, you can interact with all representatives of leadership through the communication channels and protocols assigned upon completion of Member on-boarding.
What happens when I enroll?
Once you enroll and sign up for at minimum the Basic monthly dues package, a welcome package will be sent to you. This package will include our nation's Constitution, Treaties, how to bring a claim before our High Courts, and services available to Members. This package will also include a comprehensive guide to the first steps of privatized living; separating's ones self from being a public surety for foreign corporations and foreign governments. This is one initial and critical protective measure SHAKYAMAXUM REPUBLIC TRIBAL NATION uses for all its Leadership, Members, and Passport/ I.D. cardholders.
